I followed the instructions, which were to do nothing. All I did was give both of them a little stir. I thought about feeding it some more water and flour, but decided to wait it out another day, just like the instructions said.
I'm reading up on other methods of making your own starter, just in case. If everything looks the same tomorrow, I will probably get rid of half of the mixture and feed it another cup of water and cup of flour.
