Day 6.5: A Sourdough Experiment

Day 6.5
(about 16 hours after the Day 6)
I am so excited that there was a lot more activity, and a A LOT of bubbles! I want to get through this post pretty quickly, so I can tell you what's next! Basically, there was a lot of activity, so I had to do something before 24 hours. After about 16 hours, the white one was almost over flowing. So, I dump half and fed it with 2/3 cup room temp water and 1 cup whole wheat flour. This thing really thrives on whole wheat!
